I don’t have a credit or debit card, can I still rent a van?
Unfortunately not. We require all private customers to arrive with either a credit card or debit card. We require card details as a security before the vehicle can be released. All private customers must have a credit card or debit card and the card holder present at pickup.
Can someone else drive the truck I have rented?
Yes, you may add additional drivers to your rental agreement when you pick up your rental. All additional drivers must present a valid driver’s license, and be at least 25 years old and under 70 years old. If the truck is driven by an unauthorised driver any cover provided will be void.
Can I cancel my Reservation?
Yes you can, and without penalty.
Are there age requirements for Renting?
You need to be between 25 years of age and 70 years of age.

Absolutely. Our custom built rental facility is conveniently located next to the M50 in Stadium Business Park, Ballycoolin Road, Dublin 11, Eircode: D11 CY95, or you can get directions here. We provide plenty of parking space for our customers and you can park your car at our facility during the period of your rental – free of charge.

Do you provide any moving / packing accessories?
Our goal is to make your move as easy and as stress free as possible. We provide a number of accessories such as an automatic Tail Lift for the truck, Bubble Wrap, Tape and Hand trolleys to help move some of your heavier items.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard and Debit Cards.
Can I transfer insurance from my private car?
It is possible to transfer my own ‘Comprehensive Cover’? Absolutely.
Written confirmation of cover will be required before Hire can commence.
What size truck do I need?
Our moving truck guide helps you select the right truck based on the number of rooms you’re moving. And this handy chart also gives you important truck details like gross vehicle weight, clearance heights, and fuel tank size.
You can drive most of our vehicles on a standard Class B drivers licence.
However, you will need a Class C1 or Class C licence for our larger trucks.
